 Monterey Bay SCUBA Diving: Dive Training and Classes

Dive Training
Learning to dive in Monterey Bay is both challenging and rewarding. My prices may be a little higher, but so are my standards. I make every effort to work with your schedule and meet your specific needs. The listed rates are for private classes, and group discounts are always available.
 

PADI Open Water Certification, $450. One day in the pool/classroom in Novato, and four ocean dives in Monterey Bay. Instructor fee, certification card, and manual included. Gear is not.

Scuba Tune-Up and Ocean Tour, 1-day class, $175
If it's been over six months since you've been in the water, you'll want to refresh your skills and equipment knowledge to maximize safety and enjoyment of your next dives. Course consists of a short knowledge review followed by an ocean tour in Monterey. Gear Not Included.

PADI Open Water Referral Dives, 2-day class, $250
If you've completed your pool and classroom sessions in another location,
bring your signed log book and and complete your FOUR ocean check out dives with me in Monterey. Rental gear not included.

Advanced Open Water Certification, 2-day class, $250 plus boat seats
This is when it starts getting real fun. One day of shore diving, one day of boat diving, the Monterey AOW class is a fantastic way to get the most out of the sport. Five adventure dives with a Pro: Deep, Night, Boat, Navigation, Peak Performance Buoyancy. Gear and boat seats not included.

Peak Performance Buoyancy: Fine-tune your skills. Course includes a quick knowledge review plus 2 dives in Monterey, $225
